Smart Start - Group Exercise

Group fitness classes can be a fun and effective way to get into an exercise program, but going to a class for the first time can be daunting. You’re nervous, you dont know what to expect, and if you can physically do it. As an instructor, over the years I’ve seen many first timers take a class once and never come back. Too many people make the mistake of leaping into exercise when baby steps are what’s needed. Here are some key tips to keep in mind:
