Benefits of Personal Training!

Posted by: Samantha Reid 8 years, 7 months ago

When you hear the word personal training, we all think of a large angry man shouting and punishing someone and shouting, "GO, COME ON, PUSH!" But not anymore.. why?

In reality, this is most deifntely not the case and here's why. In the last decade, fitness has become alot more accessible and popular in the modern society and personal trainers are actually very quite common. It would usually only be celebrities or athletes who would hire personal trainers, but now personal trainers train everyone from the athlete to the average gym/class goer! Not only that, clients will now hire personal trainers to introduce them into exercise! So thank god that this stigmatism against personal training is gone!

But, clients ask themselves.. we already have gym and class membership!! Why would we pay a personal trainer on top of that? We can go whenever we want!

The benefits of exercising in the morning!

Posted by: Shane 8 years, 9 months ago
Quite often the main barrier to fitting regular exercise in our shedule is that it's hard to find the time. It's even harder if you have children, work unpredictable hours, and/or have other commitments. Yet if you commit to exercising in the morning then you're far less likely to have the excuse of things popping up, plus you won't be too tired to train following a long day at work.

The fact of the matter is that most of us choose the time to exercise that corresponds with the time we have available, hence why typically most gyms are busier after the tradtional work hours.
But consider these reasons below; they may just give you a compelling reason to rise a little earlier in the mornings to get down the gym:

1. Your mood will improve
Im sure most of you have heard that exercise realeases feel-good hormones, known as endorphins. Nothing feels better than having a great workout. If you are prone to skipping your exercise at night then why not start the day right. That sense of achievement of completing your daily exercise early can boost your mood for the rest of the day.

2. You'll be less likely to skip your workout
There are fewer distractions on your way to the gym in the morning. But later in the evening, the day can take its toll, and the reasons to not train can build: less motivation, tired, going out for the evening......... If you have already completed your exercise for the day, then you can simply face whatever obstacles that may come up throughout the day without the guilt of missing another day in the gym. Dont let exercise take a back seat!

3. Your metabolic rate will receive a quick boost
